TELUS Health Solutions is strengthening its commitment to the physician market with
the acquisition of Wolf Medical Systems, the largest cloud-based Electronic Medical
Record (EMR) vendor in Canada. Together, we’re creating a new Physician Solutions
line of business dedicated to helping doctors improve productivity and clinical
outcomes.
The new organization will be led by Dr. Brendan Byrne, a practising physician and
founder of Wolf Medical Systems. Dr. Byrne's team of over 75 EMR professionals,
paired with the depth and resources of TELUS, will facilitate the rapid expansion
of capabilities specifically targeted to the physician market.
