Conference Pricing
This conference is 1.5 days long, in response to feedback from out-of-town visitors who wanted to have more opportunity to have "hands-on" experience with Wolf product experts more opportunities to network and share. You are welcome to come for one day or both days, and we're organizing a few social activities for Friday afternoon once the day wraps up for visitors who want to explore the local surroundings a bit more.

*Optional Social Activity - Vancouver Harbour Tour
Spend your Friday afternoon cruising Vancouver Harbour! This 1 hour scenic tour takes you on a journey through Canada's "Gateway to the Pacific"- the Burrard Inlet. We get you up close to many of Vancouver's most famous landmarks. Cruise past Stanley Park, the Lookout tower, Lions Gate Bridge, the busy cruise ship terminals, the spectacular city skyline, historic Gastown, the breathtaking North Shore Mountains and more.
Early Bird Pricing - Expired July 27th
For clinics who registered before July 27th, save $50 off full price registration per person. Combine this with a group discount (if 3 or more from your clinic register to attend) for an additional 15% savings! Plus, your chances of securing a room at the conference hotel (Delta Hotel and Suites) are far higher if you book early.
Group Discounts
For clinics who bring three or more staff and / or physician attendees, they will receive a 15% discount off every subsequent registration. The "first" registration will be full price.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Wolf. Cancellations received prior to 5:00 PM August 24, 2009 will be eligible for a full refund less $100.00 CDN (plus taxes). Registration cancellations received after 5:00 PM August 24, 2009 are fully non-refundable. An alternate attendee name may be substituted at any time.
