Wolf Medical Systems Announces Appointment to Board of Directors
Technology veteran joins Board of leading Medical EMR solutions provider
Vancouver, BC – August 5, 2010 – Wolf Medical Systems, a leading national provider of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for physician offices and medical clinics across Canada, announces the appointment of Gary Yurkovich to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Yurkovich is a well-known executive in the technology industry. Mr. Yurkovich was Vice President, Sales and Corporate Development of Brightside Technologies, which was purchased by Dolby Labs in 2007. Previously, Mr. Yurkovich served as the Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Service for Creo Products, helping to grow the company from $6M to over $125M in revenue over a three-year period prior to being purchased by Kodak for $1B in 2005. He also served as COO of Resolution Health in San Jose, which was purchased by Wellpoint in 2008. Mr. Yurkovich is currently the Chairman of Rapid Electric Vehicles, Director at Clevest Solutions, is a founding partner of Espresso Capital, and serves as a Partner with BC Social Venture Partners, a provider of capital and business expertise to non-profit organizations.
