Wolf Scheduler is an intuitive electronic scheduling program designed to meet the needs of busy clinics and health centres. Wolf Scheduler handles all your appointment, resource, and scheduling requirements from a single central location. Whether your practice is large or small, in single or multiple locations, Wolf Scheduler makes scheduling and resource management fast and easy.
Wolf Scheduler helps you visualize your practice the way you want. Quickly navigate forward and backward through the schedule by day, week or month; view multiple healthcare provider schedules simultaneously; display schedules by day, week, or month. The application supports the simultaneous view of multiple schedules for a single day; in addition, daily, weekly, and monthly schedules can be viewed for each healthcare provider.
Wolf Scheduler can also be customized for each healthcare provider based on visit length, length of day, as well as ‘Time Types’ specified for specific days or hours – for example, if a healthcare provider can only see walk-in patients during the morning, his or her morning hours can be specified as “Walk-In.”Wolf Scheduler is completely integrated with Wolf Billing, decreasing front desk data entry by over 50%.
